- 14 Dates, Seedless
- 1/2 litre Milk, Boiled or unboiled
- 6 Almonds, Chopped
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- Add milk, dates and sugar into the mixer.
- Blend it for a minute until the dates are all blended well.
- Pour it into a tumbler and add the almonds.
- Your yummie healthy date shake is now ready.
Note:
You can add cold milk for better taste.
You can also add ice cubes.
You can also add other dry fruits.
