Date shake

Prep time: 5 min 
Cook time: 5 min 
Ready in: 10 min 
Yields: Serves 4
  • 14 Dates, Seedless
  • 1/2 litre Milk, Boiled or unboiled
  • 6 Almonds, Chopped
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
    1. Add milk, dates and sugar into the mixer.
    2. Blend it for a minute until the dates are all blended well.
    3. Pour it into a tumbler and add the almonds.
    4. Your yummie healthy date shake is now ready.

    Note:

    You can add cold milk for better taste.
    You can also add ice cubes.
    You can also add other dry fruits.
